Because our products are printed per order, we do not allow refunds for customers who ordered the wrong size, color, or for customers who have buyer’s remorse.
We do allow reprints in the case of product damage, product defect, wrong item, or an error in manufacturing, we will offer a free reprint if you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date of the product. Please contact us at https://customerservice@cgnbtees.com and provide clear photos of the item. We will do our best to work with you concerning your order.
If you desire a refund. Once we have received and inspected the product image, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, please allow sufficient time for processing.
